Well Safe Guardian SDS Module Installation

In April 2023, a challenging module installation in open water with tight installation tolerances was performed in Firth of Forth, Scotland

The manufacture, transport and fitment of the dive spread was carried out at Burntisland, Rosyth and Methil ports on the east coast of Scotland.
 
A test lift was performed, by HLV Uglen, at Rosyth showing a weight of 480 tons and a accurate calculated center of gravity.
 
The module was then towed to the installation location and sucessfully installed by Uglen.
